Grovelands Park has mature trees, woodland and a lake.

I will be using the Grow to Know exercise to support you in having a deeper and more personal connection to nature.

This will also mean we will be walking a little less and wandering a lot more!

We will meet at the main gate on The Bourne/Bourne Hill. The nearest tube is Southgate on the Picadilly line
